While alanodt4 takes reasonable measures to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee continuous access to the Platform, particularly during scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, or regulatory changes).
In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of alanodt4 to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's verified Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
alanodt4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC requirements. Where an Account is closed due to a player breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part at alanodt4's discretion, subject to investigation findings.
